Scheduled - We are hereby giving notice that at 09:00 UTC on Saturday the 12th of August we will be powering down Hypervisor #3 on our Vienna cloud to perform essential network upgrades and maintenance to improve stability.

All VMs will be gracefully shutdown prior to the work commencing, which should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete. However, we have allocated an hour to allow time for all affected VMs to boot.

No other Hypervisors will be affected by this maintenance. If you have services running on Hypervisor #3 you will receive a support ticket to notify you of the planned works.

Resolved - Packet loss has been resolved by the DC provider, all VMs should now be accessible once more.

Investigating - The Dallas-2 DC is currently reporting network issues resulting in packet loss, we are working with the DC provider to get this resolved urgently.
